Payment informations are usually sended within 0-2 work days. 2. Delivery methods Mail delivery Small parcels arrive straight to your address. Bigger boxes arrive at the closest pick-up location. We use different couriers depending on where you live and where the order is produced. If available, we will provide you with tracking code once your order has been shipped. There's also an option to choose express delivery in case of more urgent needs. 3. Shipping costs Shipping costs are based on how many items you order. Sales area Webstore items are shipped all around the globe. Shipping costs are the same everywhere. 5. Delivery time Items that are sold from the warehouse are usually delivered within 1-10 business days. With exception that sometimes smaller letter orders might take up to 30 days to be delivered. Orders that are printed individually on-demand are usually delivered within 5-15 business days. We will usually use the production team that is closest to the recipent to ensure quicker delivery. We try to ship all the ordered items together, but sometimes because of shipping restrictions or out of stock items, we will send items in seperate parcels. 6. Broken shipments Unfortunately sometimes the couriers might be too rough with your package. If you see clear damage on the parcel, please let the shipping company know immediately.
